i made this 55 pages long because i wanted just ONE subliminal i could listen to for 365 days or more, to see how much could change throughout one year. i think this would be a great challenge! i would love it if you guys joined and let's all have the ultimate glow up ♡ i made sure to add EVERYTHING i could, even if something is missing, there’s manifesting affirmations so you’re bound to get what you want.

sorry about the length, i know it’s long but it’s the maximum i can speed up so the affirmations are clear! i will make a longer sleep version of this, but not a shorter version. it’s not possible with the amount of affirmations. i spent the whole entirety of december working on this and jeez the 55 pages were so tiring to write
