BRISKET STYLE CHUCK ROAST | How to smoke a Poor Man's Brisket on Pit Boss Austin XL

In this video I smoke a Chuck Roast like a Brisket. Chuck Roast is referred to as Poor Man's Brisket but these days Chuck Roasts aren't so cheap anymore (lame). It's a great alternative to brisket if you don't need so much meat. This cook ended up taking longer than it usually does for me, sometimes that's just how it goes!
