Led Zeppelin - Bron Y Aur Stomp (1970)

Описание к видео Led Zeppelin - Bron Y Aur Stomp (1970)

Back to Led Zepplin again and some material off the LZ III album, one of their very best LPs, although not the commercial success that II and IV were. Last year we saw a video I did
from a song that was originally to appear on III but was not included and appeared 12 years later on Coda: "Poor Tom." This song, "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp," was created in a similar manner so that both songs seem to have been cut from the same cloth. This is a happier piece, more of a celebration, than the other. The song is named after Bron-Yr-Aur ("breast of gold"), a house in Montgomeryshire, Wales.

The song was obliquely inspired by the trilogy of books, Lord Of The Rings, like many of their other tracks. For my purposes I used A Midsummer Night's Dream, two films (1935 and 1999), one stage play, and two ballets.
