Sunday, December 29th, 2024 was the final run of the season of the New York Transit Museum and MTA's Holiday Nostalgia Train, which many ride every year as a tradition. This year the train ran in service from 96 St-2 Av on the Q line and 2 Av - Houston St on the F line making express stops along 6 Av.

Metro North also launched their own Holiday Lights train for the first time this year running on the Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven lines. In the beginning and end of this video we see this train consisting of Kawasaki M8 cars in blue and white lights at Pelham and Fordham.
