ITIWIT Kayaking Pembrokeshire - Solva to Newgale Beach

This is an amazing paddle! So many great little rocky places to explore! Private beaches to have coffee and some surfing at the end. We had to walk a fair way at the start as the tide was a long way out but what wind there was was on our backs all the way. Just excellent!!!

Kayak - ITIWIT 3 (2+1)

Safety tips: -
Always check the weather, wind and tides before you start.
Wetsuits - We were sometimes far out at sea, not just by the beach
Buoyancy aids - Again, as above.
Pump - Just in case 1 of the 5 valves became loose.
Food and drinks - plenty of water / a flask
Footwear - Due to jagged rocks on land and under the surface of the water.
Hats - Against the sun.

A throwing line
Mobile phone... and a dry sack or 2.
