Here's what Warren says: "This is about contact technique, it's not something that needs to be done at a hundred miles an hour, a low tempo, low impact approach will help give your players confidence. Once your players have gained a bit of confidence and belief in their technique, you can up the tempo and intensity so when it comes to the game, they can do it naturally."
