Sylvia Robinson of Tolmar Pharmaceuticals joins him to discuss the partnership, workforce development initiatives, job opportunities, and the upcoming NOCOM event being held this week.

As an easy way to get involved, Sylvia highlights that NOCO offers free memebrship. The group is now made up of over 200 companies and encourages membership to connect, share best practices, and help each other with business development and supporting their supply chains.
