TINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE READING THE STRATEGIES BELOW

To avoid false signals Dont trust on bollinger band below the 1 hour time frame or atleast 30 minutes.

You must have other signals / confluence along with the BB to work (like price action / trend lines / Rsi etc)

ALL the following strategies will become VOID if we have one or many RED candles close outside the upper band. (most important to remember)

Bollinger band strategies

strategy 1: (bullish scenario)

Rsi over bought and single green candle closes outside upper band and immediate red candle closes back inside bolinger band , we will sell / short on the break of that red candle target middle band / lower band


strategy 2: (bullish scenario)

rsi over bought and 2 consecutive candles close outside the upper band and then immediate red candle closes inside the bollinger band PLUS this red candle must closes below the low of the last green candle that was closed out side the bollinger band. we will take short / sell entry on the break of Red candle, target middle band (in most cases) but u can try for lower band too IF the RSi is below 50 at the time of crossing the middle band of bollinger.

strategy 3 (most complex one) : (bullish scenario)

rsi over bought , and more than 2 green candles close outside the upper band (nomatter how many candles) then we will wait for the immediate red candle to close inside the BB , but we will NOT take short / sell entry on the break of the red candle , instead we will wait for the price to come up again and atleast take the liquidity of that last red candle (means price should come up and make a wick above the high or atleast the opening of the red candle and then close below the opening of that red candle) then we will take short / sell entry on the break of the candle that has taken the liquidity . Targets middle and lower bands.
