Battlezone is a game of tank warfare on the open plains surrounded by beautiful mountains in a foreign country. CGRHD actually thinks this is one of the first 1st person shooters ever made, it has the look and feel of a first person shooter with a tank! Kind of like the great grandpa to Bioshock, Halo 3 and Resistance Fall of Man... so that would make it the grandpa to Doom and Castle Wolfenstein. This old school arcade smash hit retro classic video game for the Atari 2600 is a terriffic game and easy to collect for your VCS wood grained collection. Are you driving a Sherman, a Panzer or the GI Joe tank... it doesn't say. But this game is just cool. Maybe this influenced strategy warfare games??
