Step Inside This 160 year old Abandoned Country Doctors House Down South in North Carolina

This beautiful old town house was built in the late 1800’s in a small coastal southern town. Before hospitals and large medical centers doctors would typically work from home or an office in town. This place would serve as both for a man who actually was a doctor and veteran of the American civil war. Settling in this small once thriving railroad town in the late 1800’s. The house would remain in his family until the 1920’s and then before the Great Depression it was used briefly as a hotel. Then for a few decades it was turned into a rental home until ultimately being left forgotten between 1990-2000.
