This is a 40 minute step aerobics workout at 133 BPM and can be modified to the level you need with less or more risers. Don't have a step, do it on the floor for a sweaty low impact workout!!
Step aerobics workouts are a great way to get your cardio in for the day, but also so good for you memory and the mind body connection!!
