Creating a Seafood Feast! 🐟. | Top Chef: Los Angeles

Working in teams of three, the chefs created a family-style seafood feast for several noted chefs and restaurateurs at Cabrillo Beach. In addition, the teams were forced to use an open fire grill as their only heat source, with no access to electricity or appliances.
