This is part 3 of a multi part series on resin 3d printing your own soft plastic lure molds. In this part of the series we are finally ready to make some molds! I printed out all three of my saltwater grub molds and walk you through the process of pulling them off the printer and prepping them to make baits with. We go over basic resin safety, all the tools you need and how to post process the mold. At the end of the video we also inject all three of our custom 3d printed saltwater grub molds.

In part one we went over the basics of resin 3d printing and why it is such a good tool for making soft plastic fishing lures.

In part 2 of the series we go over where to get 3d printable molds from and how to get the files ready to resin 3d print.

I make many different soft plastic lures for my YouTube channel that are all available for FREE for all to make. I want to give the knowledge on how to make these lures available to everyone! Even though my molds are free to download they are useless if you don't know how to make them. That is why my goal for the series is to take someone who has no knowledge of 3D printing and make them able to 3d print their own molds.
