Registering Participants for a Zoom

Nicole and I got a number of questions and thought that it would make sense to answer them in a FAQ. If you have anything that you think would need to be added please let us know via our school email

Also, notice at the 3 minute mark that it goes to the desktop... whoops! I think you get the idea though, right? (Sorry for constantly interrupting Nicole!)

I think it would be a good idea to create another link. Start a meeting with the old link. Take time in class to go over the process. Share this video with students (We show both sides of the process). Take time in class to have them register for the meeting. Find out any issues. Then in a future class, when you can confirm that everyone has successfully registered, have them sign on with the new link. Give me some feedback so I can perfect this idea before it goes live.
