Powerful storms slam NY, NJ, CT, but no tornado

Powerful storms rolled through the tri-state area early Thursday, downing trees and leaving thousands without power. But according to the National Weather Service, no tornado struck the area. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas has more on the cleanup effort.
