To understand the what quest objects needs and the XML changes.

Controls used
U - open creative menu
1-0 Bottom Toolbelt
Shift 1-0 Top Toolbelt
Z to place first block, Z again to select 2 block and define the block selector
L to fill with your selection
J to clear the blocks from the selection
Backspace to remove selection
G and left mouse to move selector
Shift+G and left mouse to resize selector
CTRL + C copy contents
CTRL + V paste contents
R to bring up radial for advanced properties
K to define sleeper volume properties

The default saved POI location is %AppData%\Roaming\7DaysToDie\LocalPrefabs

Remember to update difficulty tier with the tier you want the quest to be

Add in the quest type
property name="QuestTags" value="clear,fetch,hidden_cache,restore_power,infested" /
Use these to define and label the spawn locations
Update this one
property name="Zoning" value="countryresidential,downtown,countrytown" /
Add these 3
property name="AllowedTownships" value="city,town,rural,wilderness,countrytown" /
property name="Tags" value="wilderness,countryresidential,downtown,countrytown" /
property name="EditorGroups" value="downtown,countryresidential,countrytown" /
