Ingredients
To Make Onion Mixture
½ kg sliced onions
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilli
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ cup rice flour
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
To Make Green Chutney
1 cup coriander leaves
7–8 garlic cloves
3–4 pieces of ginger
2–3 green chillies
1–2 tbsp bhujiya (crispy gram flour snack)
3–4 ice cubes
1–2 tbsp water
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

To Make Pakora
Bread slices
Onion mixture
Potato mixture
Green chutney
Oil
