BPESA is proud to present The Knowledge Partnership Masterclass Series in collaboration with The Knowledge Group (tkg).

The Knowledge Partnership Masterclass Series returns with the aim of leveraging The Knowledge Group’s (tkg) collective robust global knowledge to up-skill BPESA members. This series hopes to question the status quo, educate members with market penetration strategies, and seek to raise the collective awareness in the BPO sector.

Meet the Speakers:

Alex has wealth of knowledge working in a diverse range of senior roles across operations, commercial, marketing and sales, both in the UK and internationally. He has led teams from early-stage start-ups to complex operations of over 20,000 colleagues, in sectors ranging from tech platforms to public sector to large financial services.

Lian is a highly experienced strategic change specialist in both customer experience and customer journey development, with a background in BPO Client Management. She has worked across Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Charity and Telecommunications with both large-scale clients and SMMEs.
