Bandu Samarasinghe remembers to celebrate his 50years in the cinema industry with his first producer who invited him to the cinema field Sena Samarasinghe, also he worships him as showing the respect to him for inviting invited him for the first screen play in 1971, Bandu Samarasinghe came into the cinema field in 1971 by acting first movie “Sadahatama oba mage” which was published in 1973 produced by Sena Samarasinghe which he worships on this video. And there after he acted many movies in Sri Lankan cinema, he is very well known in comedy category.

Bandu Samarasinghe has also Produced and Directed many Films and Television Dramas, also fluent in singing & Dancing, along with playing traditional drumming which have a massive multi talent skills.

Bandu mentions that he is very happy to respect all the fans and the people who supported him to build up as an actor.
