SARV’s Gear Box Jack is innovative and advanced 3 in 1 hydraulic trolley for removal and installation of Gear Box with retarder, ATS and Crown for Commercial Vehicles with ease.

Operators can save time , cost and space with the help of this gear box jack by eliminating the need to keep three separate trolleys.
•This gear box jack is manufactured with high quality MS steel, is robust , stable and extremely sturdy for long time and continuous workshop use. The trolley (gear box jack) frame is built in 8mm Steel body which provides extra stability. It is powder coated for anti rust finish.
The trolley is easily portable by single operator because of 360 degree swivel steel casters. Provided with a towing handle for easy carriage.
•Easily Adjustable head plate with four adjustable quick-ratcheting brackets and support plate can be titled forward, backward, and side to side , and extended or contracted for optimum alignment of bolt pattern and pins of all three equipment.
•Mechanically lifted with help of safety bar. Precision Valve holds the trolley in position.
•Extremely easy to operate : Use precision valve to adjust trolley plate size according to the equipment to be installed and realign the valve for replacement for other equipment. Once its done adjust the locking bar for desired height.
Mechanical locking ensures safety of gear box in case of any hydraulic failure.
