Oreo biscuit is another much requested recipe. It is a very easy and simple recipe that tastes just awesome. It turns out just like bakery bought cake. It is a really quick recipe and can be made from very few ingredients. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 packets Oreo milk cream biscuit (120 grams each)
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt
• 1 tsp Milk
• 2 tsp Milk
• 2 Dairy milk chocolates
• Chocolate chips
• Few chopped Walnuts
• Few silver balls

Method:
• Open each biscuit and remove the cream into a dish.
• Transfer the biscuits into a blender jar and blend them into powder.
• Transfer the powder into a bowl.
• Add milk and mix well to make batter.
• Add eno fruit salt and milk on it. Mix everything quickly.
• Take cake tin and grease it well with oil and line up with wax paper at the base.
• Transfer the batter into the tin and spread it evenly.
• Tap the tin really good to remove the air bubbles if any.
• Preheat the cooker on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• Give a thin layer of salt at the base and put a stand or an empty pot.
• Put a dish on the pot and cake tin on the dish.
• Close the lid and bake on medium heat for about 18-20 minutes.
• After baking let the cake be in the cooker for about 5 minutes.
• Open the lid and check with tooth pick.
• If the tooth pick comes out clean the cake is baked well.
• Let the cake cool down completely.
• Loosen the edges with the help of knife and flip the cake over into a dish.
• Heat up milk in a pan.
• Add the cream that we removed previously from the biscuits and let it melt.
• When the cream melts completely, turn off the gas and add white chocolate in it.
• You can use this as it is as white cream.
• Or add chocolate compound or dairy milk chocolate and mix well.
• Let the chocolate melt completely and chocolate sauce is all ready.
• Let the chocolate sauce cool down completely.
• When cake and chocolate sauce both have cooled down completely transfer the sauce on the
cake and spread it evenly.
• Garnish with chocolate chips, walnuts, silver balls.
• You can use Games candies’ or any dry nuts too for garnishing.
• Transfer the cake into freeze to set the cream.
• Oreo biscuit cake is all ready.
