Is this the first recorded 4-star victory on Extra difficulty? Extra was the HARDEST challenge in the game for me. You really have to master the controls before you even have a chance to earn 4 stars.

A tip for controlling the Extra penguin suit: Slow flaps are better than fast ones and give you more speed. The motion you have to do is pretty much the way the pictures show you. Keep your arms to your SIDES, not in front (very important) and do like an exaggerated jumping-jack motion. The bigger the motion, the more speed you'll get.
