Twisted Metal: The Sweet Torment (aka "Mission Mode") Episode 1

"Asylum Escape"

After winning Calypso's contest, Sweet Tooth finds himself being pursued by Harbor City police officers, resulting in a high-speed chase that ended with him being re-captured.

He wakes up in the now decommissioned Blackfield Asylum, where his old enemy Becker is waiting. The evil doctor informs him that he's about to be executed yet again, this time via an electric device.

However, what Becker doesn't realize is just how strong Needles has gotten since their last encounter. Working together with his curse, the killer clown manages to break free from the restraints and ends up going on a rampage through Blackfield, fighting off the guards and hunting down The Warden for his ID Card, which ultimately ends with him stealing an ambulance from the garage.

This is basically like a DLC/mini-series revolving around Sweet Tooth as an addition to Twisted Metal: Harbor City Stories.

Episode 2 will be all about the Ambulance Chase.
