The bond between a dog and its owner is one of the most special relationships in life. Not only do dogs provide unconditional love and companionship, but studies have also shown that the love between a human and their canine companion is real, powerful, and can even be measured using the Unified Theory of Emotions.
The Unified Theory of Emotions is a theory developed by psychologist Robert Plutchik and states that the emotions that we feel can be broken down into eight basic categories: joy, acceptance, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger and anticipation. Plutchik's theory suggests that these basic emotions combine to form more complex emotions, and are the basis of all human behavior.
So how does this relate to a dog and its owner? Well, research has found that when a dog and its owner interact, they both experience a variety of emotions. For example, when the dog sees its owner, they may experience joy and anticipation, while the owner may experience acceptance and love. When the dog and its owner interact, the emotion of the owner is often greater than the emotion of the dog, which proves that the owner loves their dog more than their human best friend.
In addition to the emotional bond between a dog and its owner, there are also physiological benefits to owning a pet. Studies have found that having a pet can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as increase feelings of happiness and contentment. Furthermore, pet owners have lower blood pressure, stronger heart health, and are more likely to engage in physical activity.
All of these factors combine to create a powerful bond between a dog and its owner that can be seen in the video. In the video, we get to witness the love and devotion between a dog and its owner, as they experience a variety of emotions together. Through the Unified Theory of Emotions, we can see that the owner loves their dog more than their human best friend, and the physiological and psychological benefits of owning a pet are clear.

There are three things that determine every kind of emotion whether it is love, hate, like, dislike, etc.
They are:
1. Physical or mental efforts. (called ‘Trouble’)
2. Blame or thankfulness towards the other person animal or thing for the physical or mental efforts, and, (called ‘Blame’/’Thankfulness’)
3. Physical proximity. (Called PPP or Potential Physical proximity)
Here. physical or mental efforts and physical proximity can be in the past, present, or expected in the future. But ‘blame’ or ‘thankfulness’ of a specific time is considered.
Now listen carefully and take a note.
If there are no physical or mental efforts for someone, you do not love or hate.
If there are physical or mental efforts, you can either love or hate.
The closer you are physically to the other person, pet, or thing, the more your love or hate will be.
So, you see both these parameters work equally for love and hate.
The only thing that decides whether you will love, or hate is your mental belief. Whether you Blame, do not Blame or are Thankful to the other person, pet, or thing.
When do you love?
Assuming that you make physical and mental efforts;
• If you do not blame, you Like or Love
• If you are thankful, you like or love.
• If your physical and mental efforts are more, you Like or Love more.
• If you are physically closer, you Like or Love more
When do you hate?
Assuming that you make physical and mental efforts;
• If you blame, then you hate.
• If you blame more, then you hate more.
• If your physical and mental efforts are more, you dislike or hate more.
• If you are physically closer, you dislike or hate more.
My upcoming and updated book on ‘Trouble and Blame or TAB Unified Theory of Emotions’, has a lot more. It gives a way to understand and control your own emotions and influence other's emotions for you in your personal life, relationships, and every work situation.
