How Haldiram started with 100 rupees and became a 21000 crore company today. This was in the year 1937 when Ganga Agarwal, founder of Haldiram used to sell moong dal on the streets of Bikaner. But in the year 1947, with the help of his sister, he laid the foundation of Haldi Ram, in fact, Haldiram's first product was "Bhujia", the recipe of which was prepared by his sister, and people liked the taste of this Bhujia so much, that people liked it. Make your own snakes daily. And with this one product, Haldiram captured the entire Indian market. In which he opened his branch in big cities like Kolkata, Nagpur and Delhi, not only this, later he was not limited to Bhujia only, he started making sweets in package snacks as well. Because of which today Haldiram does business of about Rs 3500 crores every year in more than 80 countries. Which is more than McDonald's and Domenos.

हल्दीराम कैसे 100 रूपए से शुरू हुईं और आज 21000 करोड़ की कंपनी बन गई। ये बात साल 1937 की जब हल्दीराम के founder गंगा अग्रवाल बीकानेर की सड़को पर मूंगदाल बेचा करते थे। लेकिन साल 1947 में उन्होंने अपनी बहन की मदद से हल्दी राम की नींव रखी, दरसअल हल्दीराम का पहला product "भुजिया" थी, जिसकी रेसिपी उनकी बहन ने तैयार की थी, और लोगों को इस भुजिया का taste इतना पसंद आया, कि लोगों ने इसे अपना daily snakes बना लिया। और इसी एक product से हल्दीराम ने पूरे इंडियन मार्केट को capture कर लिया। जिसमे उन्होंने कोलकात्ता, नागपुर और दिल्ली जैसे बड़े शहरों में अपनी ब्रांच खोल ली, यही नही ,बाद में वो सिर्फ भुजिया तक ही सीमित नहीं रहे, उन्होंने स्वीट्स पैकेज स्नैक्स में भी बनाने चालू कर दिए। जिसकी वजह से आज हल्दीराम, 80 से ज्यादा देशों में हर साल करीब 3500 करोड़ रुपए का business करता है। जोकि मैकडोनाल्ड और डोमेनोस से भी ज्यादा है।
