This episode of 'Camín de Cantares' features 90 year old asturian bagpiper Norino, from El Carbu (Samartín del Rei Aurelio, Asturies), who's been playing traditional asturian tunes for over 80 years. In spite of his age, Norino's still capable of showing us his classic performance of this 'muñeira' (6/8 jig).

Right after, folk band Tejedor play the same tune, learnt from Norino himself.

'Camín de Cantares' (Road of Songs) is a TV series by TPA (Public Television of Asturies) focused on the exploration of the asturian folk music heritage.
