A simple and healthy breakfast recipe, perfect to enjoy after a night of heavy eating...or when you simply want a nourishing juice to enjoy the next morning. It’s refreshing, hydrating, and re-mineralizing, and it even helps to get your movements going. 🍋

This is one of my favorite green juice recipes, and I like to enjoy it mid-morning on an empty stomach. I’ll drink 32 ounces or more.

Green Juice Recipe:
🌱 1 lemon, peeled
🌱 3 cucumbers
🌱 2 heads of celery
🌱 1 head or bulb of fennel
🌱 1 handful of mint
🌱 Optional: handful dandelion leaves
🌱 Optional: 3-4 apples
