We jointly invested in a premium yoga and sports fabric factory located in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, to better serve our brand clients. The facility covers 15,000 square meters across three floors, integrating fabric warehousing, large circular knitting, R&D, testing, and a fabric showroom. Equipped with 60 units of 34-inch double-sided circular knitting machines, the factory produces up to 5,000 tons of high-stretch greige fabric annually, using branded raw materials such as Korean Creora spandex, American Lycra, and German RUDOLFY antibacterial agents. All dyed fabrics are strictly inspected before delivery.
Established in 2017, our fabric R&D and testing center develops at least 8 new functional fabric styles each month, supported by advanced testing equipment. A 300 sqm fabric showroom presents over 800 fabric samples, covering Lycra, PA66 nylon, recycled, antibacterial, and cool-feel fabrics, providing a complete, market-driven yoga and sports fabric solution.
