That's why we arranged a mock interview with a sound designer and a hiring executive at Turbine, a developer of massively multiplayer online role-playing games, wholly owned by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

Participating in the interview are Sound Designer Tyler Piersall, who previously worked as an audio assistant at now-defunct LucasArts, and Craig Alexander, Turbine's Vice President of Product Development.
