Ingredient Details as Follows

Mandi Rice of 1 KG

Oil
Whole Spices- Tej patta, 3-4 Cardamoms, 5-6 Cloves, 10-12 Black pepper, 2 Medium size Badi elaichi.
Onion – 2 Medium Size
Green Chilies – 5 to 6
Ginger Paste – 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Yellow Chilly Powder – 2 TSP
Haldi Powder – 1 TSP
Garam Masala – 2 TSP
Mandi Masala Powder – 2 TSP
Black Lemon Juice – 2/3 Drops
Rice – Basmati Long Grain 1 Kg
Desi Ghee
Kesar

Seekh Kebab

Chicken Mince-1 kg
Ginger Paste – 1 Tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
Salt as per Taste
Black pepper powder – 1 Tsp
White pepper powder- ½ Tsp
Yellow Chili powder -1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala powder- 1 Tsp
Elaichi powder- ¼ Tsp
Roasted Besan- 3 Tbsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Cheese paste- 2 Tsp
Fried Onion Paste – 2Tsp
Chopped green chilies 1 Tsp
Chopped ginger -1 Tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
