Why not make a video that helps developers to deal with the pitfall that can be releasing a broken game that gets exploited by gold sellers, toxic hackers, aimbotters and other hack users.

In short:
Make reporting as easy as possible (2 click if possible)
Keep some vital statistics like accuracy, amount of reports, time online ect for each account.
If possible flag and even ban accounts using a simple arlgo based on these statistics
The first months are most important
Dont release a broken game, since cheating communities will develop if the game is popular
You will want to get rid of the worst offenders (toxic cheaters)
You will want to make free hacks and bots as undesirable and impossible as you can, since most people will use a free cheat if there is one and they know about it.
