Start 2024 the right way with this lower body gym workout! I hope you can make this year the best one yet. Prioritize YOU this year. Listen to your body! Move in a way that feels good to you. Truthfully, I had my period this day, so I didn’t lift as heavy as I might have on another week, and that’s OK! Try to increase your weight between sets and challenge yourself to utilize progressive overload and help challenge your muscles. Don’t forget to warmup and cooldown too. All I used were dumbbells and a barbell, so this workout could be easily done at home or in a quiet corner of the gym. Hope you enjoy it, and let’s get ready to make this our best year yet!

Warmup-    • LOWER BODY WARM UP- 5 MINUTES AT HOME  
4x5 Front Squats
4x10 Bulgarian Split Squat
4x8 DB Single Leg RDL
