Nord C2D First play- Leslie Simulation or Leslie 145?

Описание к видео Nord C2D First play- Leslie Simulation or Leslie 145?

Just received a Nord C2D combo organ.
Great sound, my Hammond A100 and Leslie 145 in the background.
Is the organ using the in built Rotary Effect or through my Leslie 145?

I am VERY impressed with this 'clonewheel' from Nord. I've compared note for note with my Hammond A-100 and it's virtually identical, including leakage and crosstalk harmonics. The percussion is spot on once changed to long decay, and the key click to soft. For amp sim I use the close mic 122 with a 40/60 Bass-Horn balance.

11 pin output to the Leslie 145, the sound is just the same, except physically moving air. Be sure to turn OFF the Rotary sim as to not 'double up' the effects!
Using the TrekII 1147 connector kit, at this stage there's no STOP function for the leslie (as there is with my A-100 and Nord Rotary effect) so if you listen carefully, you'd hear that this recording is indeed, the Nord Leslie simulation!

Amplified through HK Audio Nano 300 stereo pair (two subs and two tweeter stacks on each) the tone is identical to my Leslie 145.

Just a quick improv recording using a RODE Stereo video mic in the middle of the room, behind me to the left (out of sight) straight to Macbook Pro Quicktime video movie.

At 16kg compared to 130kg of my real chopped (portable-ized) A-100, this is going to be a real pleasure to take to gigs.

I've done an arrangement of this quick on the spot improv, changed the head a bit, and in the style of Jack McDuff.   / pop-it-nord-c2d-combo-organ-c   called "Pop It".
