Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted makhana (fox nuts/lotus seeds)
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1-2 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp coriander mint chutney, to taste
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney, to taste
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander/mint leaves
- 1-2 tsp chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Method:
1. Crush some of the roasted makhana seeds and mix them thoroughly with the remaining ingredients.
