Good morning. It's another freezing start to the day, but highs will rise to the mid single digits in Seoul, hovering a couple notches above seasonal norms. When the sun goes down you will feel that winter chill so dress as warmly.

Some welcome news for those in the east, where dry weather alerts are in place...there is wintry precipitation in the forecast from this mid afternoon into tomorrow. But drive with care.
Cold wave advisories remain in place for parts of Gangwon-do and Gyeonggi-do Provinces, readings are just a few notches higher than yesterday there... Gwangju and Gyeongju are beginning the day at minus1 degree Celsius.
Highs will range between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius, partly sunny skies in store for much of the country.
Central regions have rain and snow in the forecast for Sunday but there shouldn't be any major cold snap even after Sunday's wintry precipitation.
