Hi, I'm Tammi! Welcome to REVERSE Dieting for NORMIES. An experiment in raising calories slowly after a low calorie keto diet. In this video I'll show you how I use calorie cycling to defeat special occasion fat gain.

I am a 45-year-old mother of 9 and I have been eating ketogenically since January 1,st 2017. I lost 207 lbs on keto without surgery! My cutting Macros were 130g protein/ 20g net carbs / 70g fat and 1300 calories.  I am now reversing calories slowly to find my maintenance calory level. 

I started eating ketogenically Jan 1st, 2017 at 374 lbs. At the start of the reverse I was 169.2lbs
