Orange and dark Chocolate is an absolutely fantastic combination. I cut the cake into small squares measuring 3.5 x 3.5 cm and from the recipe in the video I get 54 mini cakes. If you think that is too many you can halve my Simple mini cake recipe. You also get tips and tricks in the video, including how you can easily make 3D hearts made of modeling without using a Heart Silicone mold. I also show you how to make the Modeling Chocolate. Some of the decorations are difficult and others are easy, you can make the ones you like or you may also want to make your own decorations on the mini cakes.
