Ben 10 vs the negative 10 is a disappointing end to Ben 10 classic. It’s not the only finale, secret of the omnitrix, race against time, and goodby and good riddance all work as a cap to the show, but the negative 10 2 parter is the last canon episode. It has a great idea behind it, bring 10 of Ben’s foe’s together like a legion of doom or more aptly a sinister 6. The problem lies in the execution. We get one scene of the forever king before he brings all the villains together. We don’t see him recruit them or anything like that. I think each member or group of members needed their own season 4 episodes to lead up to this finale. If we compare this to the ghostfreak arc in season 3 it is clear that we needed a full season to set up this event. Plus, I love cooper, but he isn’t really given enough time to develop a personality or become likable. Throw him in for the whole season as well. We can see him develop his powers and bounce off the other three. Let’s take a closer look at Ben 10 vs the negative 10.
