Getting in sync with your health care team, Dr Namita Goyal, 2018 Annual Patient Conference

This was a session from The Myositis Association's 2018 Annual Patient Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. You have the specialist at the major health center two states away, the rheumaatolgist at the hospital in the next city, the cardiologist who looks after your heart, and the family doctor who takes care of your general health. If you have DM, you probably also have a dermatologist, and if you have ILD, probably also have a pulmonologist. This session helps you figure out how to balance all of these players and how to know when you need to see each.
