Three fallen SA Navy officers were remembered in a joint-memorial service Wednesday. Lieutenant Commander Gillian Elizabeth Hector, Master Warrant Officer William Masela Mathipa, and Warrant Officer Mmokwapa Lucas Mojela died last week.
