This is my extreme body transformation story.

When I was 17 years old I weighed 90kg. But then over the next 6 months, with the help of changes in my diet and lifestyle, I was able to completely transform myself.

And the best part is that the weight has not come back all these years.

In this video, I share with you how I put on all that weight in the first place, and then share with you how I gradually lost the weight.
