I just moved back to Sydney after 30 years away… and filmed this at sunrise looking at the Harbour Bridge.

This video is a raw reflection on what it feels like to come home after three decades in Los Angeles, and the USA — a place we grew our family, built my career, my spiritual center, my life, and so much of who I became.

Sydney has changed — but it hasn’t really..
There’s such a warmth here… a slowness… a feeling of being 30–50 years behind in the best possible way.

I talk about sitting at a bus stop in the middle of our beautiful neighborhood — no corporate chains, just newsagents, fruit grocers, and that familiar Aussie community vibe.

And I close with a simple message:
Change is messy. But go through it anyway.
Spirit has your back, front, top, and bottom. You’re never alone.
