For the past 6 Months these guys are unable to solve my problem despite that they have charged me money for some or other charges for correcting this problem but problem is still the same.

Fridge works on its own wish! Which is the most irritating thing and spoiling my stuff in it.

I request you guys to study my case, I am completely fed up with your call center guys. No one turned up on 12 June 14 as well. You should extract the call records and see how many times I have called your CC in last six months.

Problem started complaint no.
HR0114001648 Dated:10th January 2014- Gas was filled and full fridge was tested and said problem solved. But despite several follow ups nothing happened, cooling improved but problem remains the same- Fridge works on its own wish. Paid money for Gas and Visiting charges
HR0214000318 February- Again same issue, your guys diagnosed and said some parts needs to be replaced, they replaced that and again charged me more money. Rigrous follow up with guy who came in as he sadi if you face any problem reach out to me on direct number will solve this issue for you, but problem continued
HR031400847 March: This time diagnose resulted in issue with some sensor and some part both were replaced and again you charged me more money. Fridge worked fine for few days but later same problem continued, after several followups you guys visited did some changes but fridge now worked for few weeks now and again problem cam back
HR0514008929 May- This time again some gas and welding issue but problem continued gas was filled some sensor was replaced
HR0514011522- NO ACTION TAKEN
HR0614003002- After escalating this whole story to some senior call center person who introduces this thred.

And for last two complaints no visits are arranged one was made around 28th May then on 30th May, spoke to senior persons as well. I have all the contact details of various executive or technician who visit my place to make fool out of us and charge us some money on every visit. I need my refund at any cost or will have to escalate this further consumer complaint on mental harassment and cheat for past six month. Treat this as formal notice and intimation of problems faced by me.

You can see the YouTube video on the complaint which is still there but comes intermittently. I need yout refund my money or wait legal inquiry against this.
