Good enough to defeat Balthazar in 57 seconds using only green gear with nothing included in the build worth more than 10 silver! Despite the trash gear, this build has a great balance of offense and defense.

Build details:

Fire: 1-1-2
Arcane: 3-3-1
Weaver: 3-1-3

I used a mix of rabid and dire stats, Balthazar runes, generosity, agony, and corruption sigils, and Echovald resin for the gem sockets. As cheap as it gets, but still quite powerful!
