a question i pose to the more mechanically knowledgeable of the audience, what exactly does a fuel damper do on the older cummins motors, and is it really necessary? can i just delete it as the motor in question is used strictly off road on the farm? whats the worst that could happen? any good insight is greatly appreciated.
