Tuna Mayo Onigiri ( Rice Ball ) Egg Rolls is a fluffy Japanese rice roll filled with savory tuna and Japanese kewpie mayonnaise (ツナマヨおにぎり) is a modern staple of Japanese bento lunches. Tuna Mayo Rice Balls (Onigiri) are a tasty & fun to eat Japanese Treat made with seasoned rice and stuffed with tuna & kewpie mayonnaise and then wrapped in nori seaweed. In this recipe, I will show you everything you need to know to make unique tuna mayonnaise rice egg rolls.

Simple Canned Tuna Mayo Rice Ball In Egg Rolls With Nori Seaweed Wrap 金枪鱼美乃滋鸡蛋海苔卷.

Ingredients:
Steamed Rice 6 oz
Tuna 1 can
Seaweed sheet 1 pc
Eggs 2
Salt 2 tsp
Katsuo Mirin Bonito 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp

材料：
米饭 6oz
吞拿鱼(金枪鱼) 1小罐
海苔片(紫菜片) 1片
鸡蛋 2颗
盐 2小匙
混合调料 1汤匙
美奶滋(蛋黄酱) 1/2汤匙

Instructions:
1. Drain the tuna's water using spice bag or paper towel.
2. Once drained add mayonnaise & mix well.
3. Beat the egg, add some salt for taste.
4. Cut seaweed sheet into half-inch strips
5. Add Salt, Katsuo Mirin Bonito(Sweet Sake Bonito) into cooked or leftover rice & mix well.
6. Put a small amount of rice into the onigiri rice ball mold, add tuna into the trench, fill up the rest of the area with rice, close the lid & press down, then remove the lid, pop the rice out.
7. Repeat the rice ball mold steps for more rice balls.
8. Preheat pan in low heat, brush oil evenly.
9. Put the seaweed strip, using a spoon add a small amount of egg on the seaweed strip.
10. Place the rice ball in & roll it up.
11. Repeat the pan-fry steps for more rice balls.

料理步骤：
1. 用调味袋沥干吞拿鱼(金枪鱼)的水，
2. 加美奶滋(蛋黄酱)拌匀。
3. 打鸡蛋搅匀，加盐调味。
4. 将紫菜片剪成条状。
5. 将盐 Katsuo Mirin Bonito混合调料加入米饭中，搅拌均匀。
6. 将少量米饭放入饭团模具中，将吞拿鱼(金枪鱼)放入沟中，用米饭填满其余区域，关闭盖子并向下按，然后拿开盖子，倒出饭团。
7. 重复饭团模具步骤，制作更多饭团。
8. 用低火预热锅，均匀刷油。
9. 放入一条紫菜片，用勺子加入少量蛋液。
10. 将饭团放入并卷起。
11. 重复煎锅步骤，制作更多鸡蛋海苔(紫菜)卷。
