Things are a bit different this week then they have been the past couple of weeks. of course we always had good food which I find is a small and simple joy in my life. I have always loved food and love eating.
I have been getting back into my walks again the busy, hot days we had in previous weeks made me not want to do it as much but, its getting cooler these days which makes walking more pleasurable.
