The West Hollywood Blondes aka Standards & Practices or XS were the team of Lenny Lane and Lodi. They formed in 1999 and would originally just wrestle under the team name Lenny Lane & Lodi but would soon change the team name to The West Hollywood Blondes. The gimmick they originally had as the West Hollywood Blondes was a homosexual gimmick which WCW was hesitant to put on TV but eventually did. Lane would have his hair in pigtails and would wear glittery-ish facepaint. The pair would also weirdly be later revealed as kayfabe brothers so take that how you want. They would be forced off of TV though following complaints from GLAAD that they were making people hate homesexuality through the gimmick. Lane and Lodi would return as Standards & Practices which was a gimmick similar to the WWF's Right To Censor where the pair would be strictly against adult themes in wrestling. They would receive another team name change towards the end of their run now known as XS. They would both be released in 2000.
