Ingredients for Stuffed Patties

Yields : 10 pieces approx.

For the Dough:
1 cup Maida/All Purpose Flour (110 grams)
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Melted Ghee/Clarified Butter
3/4 Cup (150 ml) water for kneading

For the Roux/Corn flour Paste:
3 Tbsp Corn Flour
4 to 5 Tbsp Ghee/Clarified Butter

Patties Stuffing :
1 Cup green peas (raw)
1 Medium Potato (boiled)
1 Medium Size Onion (chopped)
3 to 4 Green Chilies (chopped)
2" Ginger (chopped)
3 to 4 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
1/2 Tsp Turmeric /Haldi Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Amchoor (Mango) Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Salt
Oil for frying.
