Hey there, my names Michael Roach, I am an ex Military officer and I have been diagnosed with PTSD since my services.
I wanted to share my story on the birth of Therapy Through A Lense and its meaning behind it, associating around my diagnosis of PTSD and why it means so much to me.

Here I talk more about how I found my love and coping mechanism through rock concerts, music & photography, as I found this being the only thing that helps me cope with PTSD.
I share here with you, how, why & when I started, what opportunities & events I got to do & the photography work for amazing upcoming concerts - such as Billie Eilish, Biffy Cliro, KISS & many more! I am even launching my own exhibition of my work and to spread awareness for mental health in October 2022 in South Wales!

Most of my videos are interviews with some incredible artists and bands that I have listened to and a fan of - mostly in the rock genre. If you have a band/artist in mind you would like me to interview and ask a question, please feel free to contact me so!

I hope my story may bring enlightenment to people who suffer with any kind of mental illness, and that people find their own kind of enjoyment that helps them feel fulfilled in life with their diagnosis.
